This project is located in the capital Economic circle of Indonesia. It is a large-scale apartment cluster covering a total area of 120 mu, including 20 high-rise residential buildings and a total of 2,000 standardized apartments. It is also equipped with community commercial facilities, kindergartens and public leisure areas. The project owner is a local construction group. The project must closely adhere to the core requirements of large-scale infrastructure construction, namely "scale, efficiency and high quality". As the building materials supplier of this project, we led the entire process from product confirmation, mass production to cross-border distribution, and ultimately helped the project complete the full batch delivery 30 days ahead of schedule.
Pressure on batch delivery and cost control: 2,000 apartments need to achieve large-scale mass production and centralized delivery of standardized building materials. It is necessary to ensure the uniform quality of all batches of building materials while controlling costs to avoid quality fluctuations and cost overruns during large-scale production.
Regional climate: The local area has a tropical monsoon climate, with high temperatures, abundant rainfall and high humidity throughout the year. Moreover, the rainy season is long, which imposes strict requirements on the moisture-proof, mold-proof, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties of building materials.
Standardization of drawings and accuracy of implementation: The project adopts unified design drawings. It is necessary to ensure that the building material dimensions and installation layouts of the 2,000 apartments match the drawings to avoid connection gaps during mass production. At the same time, minor size differences among different buildings and floors should be addressed to ensure a consistent style of the apartment complex.
In collaboration with the owner and the local design team, we have carried out large-scale adaptation and optimization of the original unified drawings: we have uniformly upgraded the doors and Windows to thermal break aluminum + double-layer insulating Low-E glass, and equipped them with sealing strips to enhance moisture-proof, heat-insulating and rain-proof performance. The bathroom space is made of moisture-resistant and easy-to-clean building materials. Disassembling cabinets, wardrobes and other items into standardized modules not only ensures space utilization but also enhances production and installation efficiency. Simultaneously output 3D renderings of individual apartments. After confirming the plan, establish a dedicated production line.
Cabinets and wardrobes: Made of environmentally friendly moisture-proof boards, custom-made standardized cabinet structures in bulk, and equipped with moisture-resistant and high-temperature resistant ABS plastic handles to prevent rusting of metal parts. The wardrobe is pre-installed with standardized layered storage areas inside, meeting the daily storage needs of families.

Bathroom system: The entire series is equipped with antibacterial ceramic sanitary wares, with anti-stain and anti-fog glaze coating on the surface. During mass production, dimensional accuracy is strictly controlled to ensure installation compatibility. For the bathroom cabinet, choose moisture-proof solid wood particle board cabinet body + anti-fog silver mirror. The faucet and shower head are made of 304 stainless steel, suitable for damp environments.
Doors, Windows and furniture: All doors and Windows are uniformly made of thermal break aluminum alloy and laminated insulating tempered glass, taking into account safety, sound insulation and heat insulation. The furniture adopts a modular design, mass-producing simple and practical sofas, dining tables and beds. Anti-stain and wear-resistant fabrics are selected to ensure a unified style.

In response to the large-scale delivery demand of 2,000 apartments, we have established a full-chain collaborative system of "production - logistics" : through cross-border logistics, we use customized moisture-proof and waterproof packaging and precisely deliver building materials in batches and by building. Provide standardized installation instructions and work with local construction teams to install the corresponding products. Implement a quality inspection model of "single building acceptance and batch summary", with every 50 apartments as one acceptance unit to ensure installation accuracy and quality.
The final 2,000 apartments perfectly reproduced the design drawings. All types of building materials achieved a high degree of unity in style and quality. Their moisture-proof and high-temperature resistance properties were fully adapted to the local climate. After the owner's acceptance, the one-time pass rate reached 100%. Moreover, the project completed the delivery and installation of all batches of building materials 30 days ahead of schedule, effectively facilitating the project's early commissioning.
